downend-bristolTetlow King Plan (TKP) secured full planning permission for the erection of three-bedroom dwellings within the curtilage of the existing property at 46 Fouracre Road on behalf of private clients.

TKP demonstrated to the Council that the site was in a sustainable location with good access to shops and local services and presents the same form, scale, height and massing as surrounding properties. We were also able to show that despite not meeting the 12m ‘window to wall test’ this did not adversely impact on the amenity of neighbouring properties.

The case officer agreed with TKPs justification for the proposals and the application was permitted through delegated powers.
