Based at Bristol since 2006, and prior to that at Torbay Council in Devon, Elizabeth holds a Bachelors Degree in Geography from the University of Durham and a Masters Degree in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England. She has been involved in submitting a variety of planning applications from large-scale residential schemes to industrial extensions, enforcement cases and rural exception sites. She has coordinated major applications and EIA for strategic sites in Cornwall and Dorset. She has an excellent track record in appeals and has acted as an expert witness in several public inquiries. For varied clients, Elizabeth also provides representations on local authorities’ local development frameworks, planning appraisals and advice on potential development opportunities.
