A mixed-use scheme including 95 dwellings at Bovey Tracey has been approved by Teignbridge District Council.

Tetlow King Planning advised Strategic Land Partnerships on the affordable housing provision which was a key element in the proposed redevelopment of the Cardew Pottery site on the edge of the town.

Ultimately 40% affordable housing was agreed comprising a mixture of social rental housing, shared equity housing and discounted market housing. This was seen as a key benefit by members in approving the scheme.
