John Sneddon (Managing Director) and Iain Warner (Director) will be addressing delegates in a workshop session at the Housing LIN annual conference this Friday discussing the current planning pitfalls that can restrict the delivery of specialist housing for older people.
The workshop is intended to discuss the current and emerging policy framework and the challenges that this creates within the sector for delivery and what needs to be done to overcome these and ensure that the benefits of this provision are more widely recognised and acknowledged.
The presentation will draw on the combined knowledge of both speakers and provides a platform for Tetlow King to continue to develop its relationship with Housing LIN on the back of the existing sponsorship of the planning pages of the website.
John Sneddon stated that:
“We were delighted to take up the offer of presenting a workshop at the conference for the first time following a late withdrawal. We are firm supporters of the work that Housing LIN does for the sector and look forward to what we hope will be an interesting debate with the delegates at the end of our presentation.”
