The Silverthorne Wharf site is one of the key locations identified for redevelopment within the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone Spatial Framework. Tetlow King Planning (TKP) are currently preparing a planning application for the redevelopment of the site to provide 164 new one, two and three bedroom homes, 7,900 sqm of Grade A office space and 286 sqm of complementary A3 restaurant/cafe uses.

The Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone masterplan aims  to provide thousands of new jobs, new homes and complementary leisure and entertainment facilities over the next 25 years.

Public consultation on the redevelopment proposals has now begun and will run for a period of four weeks until 5.30pm on Wednesday 18th October 2017. As part of the public consultation strategy we will be holding a drop-in event at the Hotel Ibis Temple Meads Quay on Wednesday 27th September 2017 between 1pm and 7.30pm where members of the project team will be on hand to discuss the proposals and answer any questions.

Feedback forms will be available at the drop-in event, are available to download from the consultation website or can be found here. Further details of the proposals can be found on the consultation website:

Once TKP have collated all consultation feedback we will analyse this information to establish key issues of importance to the community which will be used to develop final design proposals prior to submission of a full planning application later this year.
