Tetlow King Announce Promotions
Tetlow King Planning (TKP) is pleased to announce that three members of staff have been promoted from 1 January 2019.
Meghan Rossiter has been promoted from Principal Planner to Associate Director. Meghan joined TKP in 2008 and has wide ranging experience in planning policy and development control addressing the needs of a wide group of clients. Meghan coordinates the national and local representations for affordable housing providers across several regions. She helps promote the planning interests of Rentplus and works on a range of complex planning applications for private and public sector clients. She has a high profile in the affordable housing sector with considerable expertise in the intricacies of planning policy related to this topic.
Annie Gingell has been promoted from Assistant Planner to Planner. She joined TKP in April 2015 after working in planning consultancies. Annie has a wide experience of different types of applications and the promotion of sites through the planning policy system. She has worked on the West of England Joint Spatial Plan; Bristol Local Plan Review and Five year housing land supply. She has particular expertise with regard to planning policy issues, affordable housing and the preparation of evidence for planning inquiries.
Irianna Dimitriou has also been promoted from Assistant Planner to Planner. She recently joined TKP in August 2018. Her work experience includes the preparation and submission of applications and appeals in a variety of fields, ranging from agricultural diversification to residential development. Irianna is a skilled and dedicated young planner with considerable expertise in a wide range of town planning matters.
These promotions and TKP’s ongoing expansion of its professional staff are a sign of the continuing success of the Company but also our commitment to meeting the needs of our wide and extensive range of existing and new clients.
