Tetlow King Planning Delivers Seminars to Partner RPs

Tetlow King Planning delivers planning seminars to leading housing associations in the West Midlands and South West regions. These sessions provide an introduction to the planning system, tips on how to navigate this to achieve viable planning consents and updates on the latest planning news, to staff involved in development at all levels. These sessions equip staff with a greater understanding of the planning system and key information to develop appropriate strategies to respond to local concerns.

Director Jonathan Adams, and Principal Planner Meghan Rossiter will deliver our next session in the West Midlands in late April. This will include a discussion of the Housing White Paper, Fixing our Broken Housing Market, and how development will need to respond to its proposals. Other topics covered are Neighbourhood Planning and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).
