Tetlow King Planning (TKP) assisted a private client to ensure that pre-commencement conditions relating to landscaping, foul and surface water drainage and contamination at a site providing five gypsy pitches were discharged.
TKP liaised with specialist consultants to ensure that the conditions were fully discharged to the satisfaction of the Council in order to enable our client to implement their planning permission.
