Tetlow King Planning are appointed by developer Mayfield Market Towns Ltd as planning consultants within a comprehensive professional team promoting the proposed new market town in West Sussex.
Located between Sayers Common and Henfield, the proposed development for up to 10,000 homes straddles the Horsham and Mid Sussex districts. It is proposed that the new town will provide a full range of facilities including a new academy, at least three primary schools and other community services.
