Director based at Bristol since 2015. Rosie gained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Town Planning and a post-graduate diploma in Town Planning from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Rosie has a breadth of Town Planning experience across the public and private sector in a range of technical disciplines. With a strong background in Development Management, Rosie has appeared as an expert planning witness at a Public Inquiry and Informal Hearings. She has also promoted land for development through the Development Plan process including representing developers and landowners at Examination in Public.
