Tetlow King Planning Announce Senior Level Promotions

Tetlow King Planning (TKP) is pleased to announce that two senior members of staff have been promoted from 6 August 2020.

James Stacey and Jonathan Adams, part owners of TKP, have been promoted from Director to Senior Director. These promotions are a reflection on their established and growing national reputation in the planning world with clients and other practitioners at a national level producing work and solutions for developers, investors and the public at a time when the system is complicated, subject to change and provides low levels of certainty.  James and Jon are exceptional interpreters and communicators of complex planning issues to our clients.

Jonathan Adams BA (Hons) BTP MRTPI joined TKP in September 2004. His clients are varied and include housebuilders, Registered Providers, strategic land promoters, commercial developers, land owners and local authorities. He provides planning support for applications, appeals and land promotion for housing including affordable housing, mixed use and commercial schemes from small scale to major proposals for 500+ dwellings. He is currently working on a variety of schemes across the country, many of which are for repeat clients.

James Stacey BA (Hons) Dip TP MRTPI joined TKP in November 2009. He advises a wide range of clients on all planning matters and regularly appears as an expert witness on affordable housing matters at public inquiries and hearings. James has acted in over 60 public inquiries in the last 6 years, with an exceptionally high degree of success where that evidence has proved crucial in the balancing exercise that takes place.   He is currently acting in 15 live appeals across England from Sussex to Dorset and Yorkshire to Lancashire, with many in between.  These clients include some of the largest land promotion, Registered Providers and housebuilder companies in the country.

Both James and Jon have been at TKP for a considerable period and it not only shows their commitment to the vision of the company but the environment that is created here for highly skilled professionals to further their career and apply their considerable experience to the benefit of clients.
