Tetlow King Planning Announce Promotions and Welcome New Staff

Tetlow King Planning (TKP) are pleased to announce that Iain Warner, based at our South East Office in West Malling, has been promoted from Associate Director to be a Director of the Company. Iain joined Tetlow King in 2014 after a career in the private and public sector. Iain’s work involves all aspects of planning but he has a particular specialism in the development and promotion of care development for a significant range of regional and national operators. This has meant  involvement in many prestigious retirement and care proposals. Iain also has considerable experience of giving evidence at planning appeals in respect of these types of proposals but also a wide range of other types of development.

Sean Lewis (Bristol Office) has been promoted from Planner to Senior Planner. Sean joined TKP in April 2015. Sean has wide experience of different types of applications and the promotion of sites through the planning policy system. He has particular expertise with regard to planning policy issues, affordable housing and CIL related matters.

We are also delighted to welcome Oliver Marigold to the Bristol team. Oliver obtained a degree in City and Regional Planning and a Diploma in Town Planning from the University of Wales, Cardiff, in 2001. He has previously been employed at New Forest District Council, Salisbury (then Wiltshire) Council and, most recently, Mendip District Council where he was Principal Planning Officer in Development Management. He has been a member of the RTPI since 2003. Oliver has given appeal evidence at a number of public inquiries and numerous appeal hearings, and has wide experience of all aspects of development management, including large and complex proposals. Oliver has particular expertise in affordable housing, older persons’ accommodation and planning enforcement.

These promotions and TKP’s ongoing expansion of its professional staff are a sign of the success of the Company but also our commitment to meeting the needs of our wide and extensive range of existing and new clients.
